Goal: The lockdown of 2020 provided some challenges for this Tulsa-based government medical facility, which was looking to design and furnish a new 200,000 square foot, state-of-the-art healthcare center by July 2021. The facility was expected to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for veterans seeking healthcare services. A unique feature of the building is that it brings all their local outpatient services together under one roof, unlike other locations.
Scope: While thousands of employees nationwide were working from home, the client reached out to our team for guidance. We were able to connect them with our partner, JPL & Associates, who was awarded the initial design contract. We then worked directly with JPL to recommend product inspiration to meet client needs, including fabric and finish selections, and to also provide interior design services and installation services utilizing our local installation partner. From furniture to clocks and magazine holders, to artwork, glass boards, and more, were able to help our client achieve their goals on time, despite the pandemic and supply chain issues. It was truly a group effort!
