Goal: When Bank of Labor relocated from Pine Ridge in Lenexa to the vibrant heart of Overland Park, KS, they desired to create a forward-focused workplace that would inspire flexibility, boost employee satisfaction, and support long-term retention within its completely renovated space (before photos shown below). Partnering with Hoefer Welker, we crafted a work environment to meet our client’s goals.

Scope: We created a workspace through detailed planning and design that embodies the company’s brand identity. At the employee-level, we prioritized well-being by providing height-adjustable desks and ergonomic seating. We supported employee connection through the intentional design of conference rooms, a working café, private focus rooms, and adjacent open collaborative spaces. With consideration of the client’s market needs, we provided a cutting-edge, electronic high-density storage system.
