NBKC Bank
We’re proud of this collaborative and unconventional workspace we designed for our banking client when they relocated their headquarters to a new location. This new space complements the company’s culture and meets their objective of helping attract—and retain—employees.

Customer Since: 2016
Goal: We had the pleasure of being selected as the primary furniture dealer for the relocation of NBKC Bank's headquarters - a 106,000 square foot, five-story building. NBKC Bank had outgrown their current facility, and needed to relocate and redesign a space that fit their company culture. Brian Unruh, the company's CEO, has been focused on attracting and retaining employees since he first came into his role at NBKC. He knew it would take both a shift in attitude and an investment financially in order to accomplish this task. The end result: an industrial-style facility packed with collaborative space with lots of places to relax or engage in activities; nothing like you'd expect a bank's headquarters would look like.
Scope: For this project, we provided all new workstations and ancillary products. We made sure our product design gave NBKC an open, creative and collaborative layout, which allowed them to obtain the culture they sought for their new headquarter facility.
Featured Products: Herman Miller, Geiger, HBF, Keilhauer, Davis, Bernhardt, and more.
