Goal:  Our client set out to establish their new headquarters in Kansas City, MO, which not only modernized their office environment but also empowered employees to better serve their customers and members. With the rapidly evolving landscape of their industry, the company needed a facility designed to adapt alongside their business. Their vision was to create a workplace that fostered collaboration, elevated employee satisfaction, prioritized health and wellness, and encouraged consistent engagement and attendance.
