Goal:
Emprise Bank partnered with Helix and John A. Marshall Co. to create a unique space that would also serve as both an office and a hospitality/entertaining venue for current and future clients. With a prime location in Kansas City’s Crossroads District, the office would function in tandem with other area events, such as art shows, concerts, and game days.

Scope:
The result was a space that felt upscale and timeless, yet provided flexibility in its layout. For work, four workstations were incorporated, along with a large and small conference room to conduct meetings. For play, two distinct seating areas featuring sophisticated, high-quality furnishings were created, along with counter seating in the kitchenette. Both employees and visitors alike are now able to enjoy the unique space, which features displays of local artwork as well as views of the city from a multitude of windows.

“John A Marshall Co. was a great partner in helping us bring our vision for our new office at 1901 Baltimore to life. We had an initial plan of what we wanted to do, but the professional touch the team added really took the project to the next level. The team partnered with our architects and our contractor and the process was as smooth as we could have hoped for. They managed our timeline and communicated with us throughout the entire process. We now have a permanent location in KC that we are very proud of and John A Marshall Co. was a perfect partner to help us get to this point. We highly recommend the team at John A Marshall.”
