Goal: Drawing from our successful partnership with IMA Financial Group, Inc. on previous projects, we were thrilled to lend our expertise once again as they embarked on their relocation journey from Corporate Woods to CityPlace Corporate Center in Overland Park, Kansas. With a deep understanding of their corporate culture and vision, our task was to create a purposeful, inviting, and functional workspace that reflects the ethos of one of the nation’s leading financial firms.
IMA's objective was clear: cultivating a forward-thinking workspace that fosters flexibility and ultimately enhances employee satisfaction and retention. Through meticulous planning and thoughtful design, we curated a dynamic environment that seamlessly integrates their branding while prioritizing employee well-being with height-adjustable desks and ergonomic seating. Also included were multiple conference rooms, a cozy café, a large multi-purpose event space, employee focus rooms, and several employee lounge/collaboration areas.
Scope: We provided comprehensive services that encompassed everything from interior furniture design consultation to seamless delivery and installation by our professional in-house team.
