Goal: The IMA Financial Group, Inc. is a diversified financial services company focused on protecting the assets of its widely varied client base through insurance and wealth management solutions. John A. Marshall Company collaborated with IMA and Shelden Architecture with the goal of delivering a warm, inviting space for IMA employees and clients.

Scope: The John A. Marshall Co. team provided furnishings, interior design consultation, delivery and installation services for this project. We examined the customer’s utilization of their existing building to develop standards for the workstations and offices within the new facility. Working closely with Shelden Architecture, we developed a furniture package that coordinated with their interior architecture and finish schedule. We provided 95 private offices and 165 workstations that offered height-adjustable desks and a variety of storage solutions for the employees, while maintaining a clean and modern aesthetic. Various collaboration areas were incorporated throughout the building to provide relaxing and inviting areas for employees to gather and work. Several conference rooms were also provided as work and meeting spaces. Warm neutrals, greys, and whites were the main color palette used to create a timeless style. Touches of blues were used as the accent color, bringing in energy and tying in the company’s brand standards. Together, all these areas and design features create a beautiful, functional work environment to be enjoyed by anyone who enters the space.
