Goal: DiPasquale Moore, a law firm that focuses on personal injury and workers’ compensation law, looked to our team to help create an updated, sophisticated environment for its employees and their clients in their new high-rise office near the Country Club Plaza. Goals for the workplace included the creation of meeting and collaboration spaces and ergonomic furnishings to allow associates to work more comfortably. In addition, the client wanted to incorporate existing workstations moved over from their previous office to reduce overall expenses.

Scope: Our team was able to repurpose and reconfigure the existing workstations into open office areas. Private and executive offices were furnished to include height-adjustable work surfaces, ergonomic task chairs, and various types of seating areas. Additional conference rooms were created throughout the space for in-person and remote meetings.

Three key spaces were created on the main floor to allow employees to escape their work areas to socialize and collaborate. The first, a collaboration room with multiple seating areas and white boards, allows for a variety of meeting types without disturbing others. A larger open area with wooden architectural detailing and unique lighting, paired with modern lounge furniture and banquette seating, provides a perfect spot for socializing or entertaining guests. Finally, an adjacent executive lounge carries on the same sleek vibe for guests to enjoy.

All furnishings and reconfigurations were completed by our in-house team of professional installers utilizing our lean processes via the John Marshall Performance System (JMPS).
