Vantage Point Properties-Avante Clubhouse

We helped our Wichita real estate management client attract potential tenants to their facility by creating a clubhouse environment, both inside and out, with a timeless yet modern and contemporary vibe.

Goal: Wichita-based Vantage Point Properties, a local property management team that specializes in commercial real estate and apartment communities, prides itself on its ‘Boutique Approach’ to its spaces. Over the past several years we have developed a long-standing client relationship with them as a dynamic partner who helps elevate their vision when it comes to furnishings. This has allowed us to partner with them for over fifteen years, with three projects currently in the planning stages.

Vantage Point came to us with the Avante Clubhouse project and sought to raise the standards of community living in the Wichita area. They wanted the furniture and finishes to be timeless, while still modern and contemporary. They envisioned apartment living that would merge modern luxury with the comforts of home and wanted the Clubhouse to be the selling point with their potential tenants.

Scope: John A. Marshall Co. created a beautiful environment to meet our client’s vision, with furniture and finishes that met their desired aesthetics. Outside, we helped create a resort-style space with various lounge areas, fire pits, dining areas, chaise lounges (both around and inside the pool), as well as community areas at the cornhole courts and outer-lying gazebos.

The Clubhouse’s indoor scape includes a community bar/lounge area, a reading nook/quiet space, a fireplace area, a men’s lounge/sitting area, an exercise and yoga facility, as well as a leasing bar and several offices. All furnishings also provide a sense of warmth and comfort.
