Goal: Strang Chef Collectives recently opened its newest upscale eatery featuring four chef-driven restaurant concepts, two bars, and a coffee shop in Kansas City’s new Cascade hotel, located on the Country Club Plaza. This facility also connects to the adjacent Aloft hotel. Our client sought to create a sleek, urban space to serve multiple purposes.
Scope: Working with SixTwentyOne and Benson Method, we selected furniture to allow small and large groups to dine and “meet up” with friends and family. This included waiting area seating, communal tables, booths, and bar areas, located both inside and outside on the terraces. All furnishings were carefully selected and laid out in a manner to enjoy great food and conversation.
