In partnership with HOK, we helped create a vibrant, healthy, and collaborative environment within Lockton's new facilities that would appeal to their next generation of employees.

Goal: Our team had the privilege of working closely with HOK throughout the course of this project. With the opportunity to move to new facilities, Lockton Affinity sought a more collaborative and engaging environment that appealed to the next generation of employees. They wanted their new space to be vibrant, featuring lower workstation walls, colorful products, and much more opportunity for daylight to shine throughout the office. From the executive to the administrative staff members, every employee was provided sit-to-stand workstations or desks. In addition, the space features several breakout meeting and focus areas for employees to gravitate towards when needing individual or group work points.

Scope: Our office provided the flooring and furnishings for Lockton Affinity’s new space. We worked closely with HOK to specify and select the product and finishes for all private offices, workstations, collaboration areas, and conference, meeting and training rooms.
