Goal: Capstone Real Estate Investments looked to take an existing property and create an attractive, modern student housing community for the University of Chicago. Capstone partnered with John A. Marshall Co.’s Oklahoma City team to assist in creating a more inviting and vibrant living environment for the students that would be utilizing the facility. These improvements included updated common areas that incorporated lounge seating, communal tables, and study areas.

Scope: The John A. Marshall Co. team provided furnishings and interior design consultation on this project. We were able to team up with Chicago’s Thomas Interiors, a fellow Herman Miller Dealer, to facilitate a successful on-site delivery and installation. By understanding our customer’s goals, we were able to provide a plethora of furniture options that resulted in many unique settings for University of Chicago students to enjoy.
